Designer for a Day is an opportunity to spend a dedicated day working directly with our design team at Brass House Studio, bringing professional expertise and fresh ideas to your home.
Whether you're redesigning a single room, reviewing plans for a renovation or making decisions about finishes, furniture and layouts, we'll focus on the areas where our experience can make the greatest difference.
With time to explore ideas, work through practical challenges and review materials together, you'll leave with a clearer vision for your home and the knowledge to move your project forward.

Depending on your project, we can explore:
Space planning and layouts – making the most of your rooms, furniture arrangements and flow.
Colour, materials and finishes – bringing together paint colours, flooring, fabrics and surface finishes.
Lighting and joinery – developing lighting ideas, bespoke storage and fitted furniture.
Kitchens and bathrooms – reviewing layouts, specifications and design details.
Furniture and finishing touches – selecting furniture, window treatments, accessories and styling.
Existing plans and ideas – reviewing drawings, proposals or decisions you'd like a professional perspective on.
We'll agree your priorities in advance, so our time together is focused on the areas where we can make the greatest difference.
Who is Designer for a Day for?
Designer for a Day is ideal for anyone planning changes to their home who would benefit from dedicated time with an experienced interior design team.
You may be renovating a single room, extending your home or planning a larger refurbishment. Perhaps you already have ideas, drawings or materials you'd like to explore, or you're looking for professional guidance on layouts, lighting, furniture and finishes.
Whether you're at the beginning of a project or partway through making decisions, the day gives you the opportunity to explore possibilities, resolve design questions and establish a clear direction before moving forward.

Before, During and After
Before your day
We'll arrange an initial call to understand your project, discuss your priorities and review any plans, photographs or inspiration you've gathered. We'll then spend time preparing so that your day at the studio is focused and productive.
During your day
You'll spend six dedicated hours at Brass House Studio working directly with our design team. Together, we'll explore layouts, review materials and finishes, develop ideas and work through the design decisions that matter most to your project. Lunch is included, giving us time to enjoy the day without interrupting the process.
After your day
We'll bring together the key ideas, recommendations and decisions from our session into a clear follow-up summary, providing a useful reference as you take your project forward.

Investment
Designer for a Day is £2,500 + VAT.
This includes an initial consultation, preparation tailored to your project, six hours working directly with our design team at Brass House Studio, lunch and a follow-up summary of our recommendations.
