Burwood Park Family Home

Our clients wanted a home that felt luxurious without being formal. They love colour and wanted spaces that reflected their personalities while being comfortable and practical for everyday family life.

Previously a cold and underused playroom, this space has been transformed into the most used room in the house. A generous family sofa sits around the fireplace and television, while bespoke joinery provides plenty of storage for toys and games, a dedicated desk area and space for the piano. Rich colour, layered textures and thoughtful detailing bring warmth and character to a room designed to evolve as the family grows, from everyday relaxation to entertaining friends and family.

The dining and bar room was designed as a more grown-up space for relaxed entertaining. A bespoke bar with illuminated shelving and an intimate seating area creates the perfect spot for drinks and conversation. In the dining area, a large table with wraparound banquette seating comfortably accommodates a crowd, yet still feels cosy when just a few people gather together.

Two distinct spaces, both designed around how the family lives, bringing together comfort, personality and considered design.
