The Esher Considered Home

This project involved the full interior design of a newly purchased family home, with the aim of turning well-proportioned but empty rooms into spaces that felt purposeful, welcoming, and ready to be lived in. The brief was to create interiors that worked hard for family life while feeling warm and personal.

Working across the kitchen and dining space, formal lounge, principal bedroom, and children’s bedrooms, the design focused on thoughtful planning, bespoke joinery, and intelligent storage solutions to give each room clarity and structure. Window treatments were carefully considered throughout, adding softness and balance to the architecture.

Overseeing the project from concept through to installation allowed the house to come together as a cohesive whole. The result is a series of rooms that feel calm, practical, and settled, reflecting a family home designed with care and intention.
